I am the Broadus Mitchell  Associate Professor of Economics and Associate Director of the Poverty and Inequality Research Lab (PIRL), both at Johns Hopkins University. I am also an IZA Research Fellow, an NBER Faculty Research Fellow & an Associate Editor at Quantitative Economics.
